System Overview
Bring daylight deeper into the building
Skylights and roof glazing can transform internal rooms that have limited access to external walls. They introduce daylight from above and, when operable, can support high-level ventilation by allowing warm air to escape.
SAC Facades fabricates aluminium-framed fixed and opening skylights for pitched and flat roof conditions, with glass and framing selected for the opening size, slope, exposure and thermal brief. Walk-on glazing is only considered where the complete assembly is specifically engineered and documented for that use.
The kerb, roof membrane, flashings, upstands, condensation management and internal lining must be coordinated as one detail. Our team works with the builder and roofing trade to resolve these interfaces before the frame reaches site.

Selection Note
Overhead glazing is exposed to concentrated water, heat and maintenance loads. Final glass, support, slope and waterproofing details must be resolved for the specific roof—not selected from appearance alone.
